Performances
- Ability to pack and flat vacuum compress different product dimensions, from single block to a unit of stacked foam layers with density from 15 to 50 kg/m3 and max 5 k/Pa ;
- Ability to reduce the original volume of PU foam blocks up to 70% [to assure vacuum packaging the product has to be compressed at least 50% of its original volume]
- Automatic side film cutting system;
- Ability to flat vacuum compress and pack conventional foam and visco foam product;
- Automatic stacker device to stack packed product on pallet to easily stock them;

PELÈR
Handling systems
Our Strapping machines are handling and packaging lines, which can be installed at the end of packaging and in-flat compression lines for blocks, in order to facilitate the handling of blocks previously compressed and flat vacuumed. First, blocks are stacked on a pallet, then straps are applied, so that the stacked blocks remain stable and undamaged during sea and road freight.
Not only did Dolphin Pack develop over the years packaging machines, but also we engineered machines for the handling of products, which can be easily integrated with existing lines according to customers’ needs.
Our STACKER line is able to stack packed products. It is placed at the end of the production line in order to stack products. Some of the advantages are health risk reduction for the employees, and a faster work cycle, so that products are ready to be stored or shipped in a shorter time.

Dolphin Pack has developed experience and know-how in the polyurethane industry and has an extensive install base around the globe. Polyurethane has multiple applications across many industries from the mattress and automotive industry to the insulation and furniture industry. Before being turned into finished products, polyurethane is produced and distributed to specialized companies to end the manufacturing process. Polyurethane is mainly shaped into heavy and bulky rolls and blocks, which are hard to handle and transport. It is then shaped and cut into slabs and molded parts which are used to assemble such products as mattresses and sofas. Slabs and molded parts have various dimensions and they often need to be grouped and packed together to be ready for the assembly. Therefore, they need a highly resistant and light packaging.
