At Dolphin Pack, we believe in continuous growth and improvement. We work relentlessly toward our primary goal: customer satisfaction. To expand our packaging solutions to a growing number of clients, we expanded into the U.S. market in 2010.
2016 was a pivotal year: at the ISPA EXPO, the world’s largest trade show dedicated to the bedding industry, we showcased our mattress packaging line for the first time in the U.S. This trade show helped us gain recognition and solidified our presence overseas.
In November 2019, we took another step forward by opening Dolphin Pack USA, establishing a base in the U.S. This new office allows us to overcome geographical barriers and provide professional consultation and assistance more effectively.
Looking ahead, our mission is to strengthen our presence in the U.S. market. Our goal is to offer a full range of additional onsite services, including technical support and spare parts supply.
