The dimensions of the roller conveyor can be adjusted depending on the dimensions of the product. The roller conveyor automates the production, and it helps improve performances and efficiency. Our D-STACKER line speeds up and facilitates the production of mattresses. It is placed at the beginning of the production line and it is able to unstack both polyurethane or visco slabs and mattresses from a maximum height of 2.5 mt. in order to load them on the production line.
