ETESIAN DOUBLE ROLL
This machine meets the various packaging needs of the mattress industryand is the result of years of evolution and development of mattress packaging solutions.
This new ETESIAN model was first introduced in 2021 with the aim of achieving a greater reduction in initial product volume by combining two Ander Roll machines. The presence of two rolling machines allows products made only of polyurethane foam to be rolled a second time.
With ETESIAN DOUBLE ROLL it is possible to quickly pack, compress, fold and roll up mattresses and toppers in a single solution. Various final dimensions can be obtained without compromising product quality.

Handling systems
The motorized roller conveyor belongs to such category. It was developed to facilitate the loading/unloading of products; it can be placed at the beginning and end of each packaging line. Moreover, it can be integrated to various packaging machines and sectors, such as polyurethane, bedding, and furniture. The dimensions of the roller conveyor can be adjusted depending on the dimensions of the product. The roller conveyor automates the production, and it helps improve performances and efficiency. Dolphin Pack supplies also semi-motorized roller conveyors, depending on the production needs and products characteristics.
Dolphin Pack designs and builds also motorized conveyor belts, which facilitate the loading, unloading, and transportation of the products. They can be placed at the beginning, end or in the middle of the line, depending on the customer needs. They can be integrated to various packaging machines and sectors, such as polyurethane, bedding, and furniture. The dimensions of the conveyor belt can be adjusted depending on the characteristics of the product. The motorized conveyor belts help automate the production process.
Our STACKER line is able to stack packed products. It is placed at the end of the production line in order to stack products. Some of the advantages are health risk reduction for the employees, and a faster work cycle, so that products are ready to be stored or shipped in a shorter time.
Our D-STACKER line speeds up and facilitates the production of mattresses. It is placed at the beginning of the production line and it is able to unstack both polyurethane or visco slabs and mattresses from a maximum height of 2.5 mt. in order to load them on the production line.
